Section 80 - Escape
Any Indian who being in lawful custody, for any offense, shall escape or attempt to escape or who shall permit or assist or attempt to permit or assist another person to escape from lawful custody shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days, or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost. Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.
