Red Lake Code of Tribal Offenses
Section 64 - Travel on Highways by Pedestrian
     Any pedestrian of Indian blood when walking on a highway shall walk near the left side, facing and giving way to the oncoming traffic.  Failure to do so shall be deemed an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed fifteen days or to a fine not to exceed $30.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 65 - Travel on Highways by Bicycle and Animal-drawn Vehicles
     Any Indian riding a bicycle or operating an animal-drawn vehicle who does not have a white light visible for a distance of not less than 500 feet to the front and a red light or reflector on the rear while on a public highway on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, during the night time, shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty days or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 66 - Theft
     Any Indian who shall take the property of another person, with the intent to steal, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or to a fine not to exceed $360.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 67 - Trespass
     Any Indian who shall go upon or pass over any cultivated or other lands of another persn and shall refuse to go immediately therefrom on the request of
