Red Lake Code of Tribal Offenses
Section 57 - Resisting Lawful Arrest
     Any Indian who shall willfully and knowingly, by force or violence resit or assist another person to resist a lawful arrest, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty days, or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or both such imprisonment with fine and cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 58 - Removal of Non-Members
     Any Indian not a member of the Red Lake Tribe who commits an offense upon the Red Lake Indian Reservation and is convicted for the offense may be ejected from the reservation; and if he returns, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed ninety days or to a fine not to exceed $180.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.

Section 59 - Refuse on Highways
     Any Indian who shall throw, put or leave after an accident, any glass, bottles, or any other refuse upon any highway upon the Red Lake Indian Reservation, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty days or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or both such imprisonment with fine and cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 60 - Riot
     Any group of three or more Indians who shall assemble for the purpose of disturbing the public peace by using force or violence to any other person or property shall threaten or attempt to commit such disturbance or unlawful act or who shall direct, advise, encourage or solicit other persons to do so, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof
