Red Lake Code of Tribal Offenses
Section 40 - Cohabitation
     Any Indian who shall live or cohabit with another as husband and wife, not then and there being married, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or to a fine not to exceed $360.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 41 - Injury to Public Property
     Any Indian who shall without proper authority, use or injure any public, Government or Tribal Property, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period rot to exceed thirty days or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.  Penalty to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 42 - Hunting, Fishing and Trapping
     Any Indian a member of the Red Lake Band who shall violate any resolution or ordinance passed by the Tribal Council for the conservation or control of game, fish or fur-bearing animals upon the Red Lake Indian Reservation and any Indian non-member who hunts, fishes, or traps fur-bearing animals without first obtaining a special permit from the Red Lake Agency, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed sixty days or to a fine not to exceed $120.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost.  Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.

Section 43 - Highway Hazards
     Any Indian who shall deck or pile pulpwood, bolts, wood or logs closer than six feet fro the roadway shoulder, creating a hazard to the traveling public and to the removal of snow, shall be deemed guilty of an
