2 Red Lake Code of Tribal Offenses Section 12 - Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor Any Indian who shall willfully contribute to the delinquency of a minor shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed sic months or to a fine not toe exceed $360.00 or both such imprisonment and fine with cost. Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense. Section 13 - Commercial Fishing Any Indian who violates any regulation or order issued by the Secretary of the Interior or the Red Lake General Council for the operation or control of the commercial fishing on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed ninety days or to a fine of $130.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost. The illegal nets or other equipment used and fish taken in violation of regulations may be confiscated. Section 14 - Curfew Any Indian who shall without good cause permit his minor children or any minor children under his care to be on the streets of the villages, highways or other public places on the Red Lake Indian Reservation after the hour of 10:00 p.m. shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty days or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost. A minor is defined as a child who is under 18 years of age. Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.
