thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or to a fine not to exceed $360.00, or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost. Any tribal office held by such Indian shall be forfeited. Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.
Section 9 - Carnal Knowledge of Female Under 18 Years.
Any Indian who shall have sexual intercourse with a female person under the ages of eighteen years, who is unmarried, or any Indian who knowingly aids or permits any such violation, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not toe exceed six months, or to a fine not to exceed $360.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine, with cost. Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.
Section 10 - Carrying Concealed Weapons
Any Indian who shall go about in public places armed with a dangerous weapon concealed upon his person, unless he shall be a peace officer or shall have a permit signed by a judge of the Red Lake Indian Court and countersigned by the Superintendent of the Reservation, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty days or to a fine not to exceed $50.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost, and the weapon so carried may be confiscated. Penalty to be determined by the nature of the offense.
Section 11 - Cruelty to Animals
Any Indian who shall torture or cruelly mistreat any animal, shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed thirty days or to a fine not to exceed $60.00 or to both such imprisonment and fine with cost. Penalty imposed to be determined by the nature of the offense.
