Working Skiffs is caught in the Rossmor fallout... Desperatly seeking live/work space. 500-800 sq. ft. Writer/ builder of small (8 ft)hand-made wooden boats. Currently in suite 400C-1 of Rossmor building. Happy to camp in amenable commercial space, low noise, low dust operation. thanks
